Here are answers to some of the questions you might have.
What makes BOSS equipment different from other ag machinery brands?
There are two differences. The first is how we work closely with our growers on an individual basis to get the best from their land. The second, is the quality of our equipment in terms of its engineering, reliability and performance. Also the degree to which we can customise equipment to your requirements.
Can I customise my BOSS machinery?
Yes. This is core to what we do and might include many variables such as, but not limited to row spacing and the implements you want to run.
Where is BOSS Engineering based?
Our factory, design and headquarters is proudly based in Inverell, NSW. We also have an office in Toowoomba, Wagga Wagga and Perth, distributing our product all over Australia. Our manufacturing facility covers three hectares and we have a team of around 240 people on site. We have grower customers in every state and major cropping area in Australia.
How long does it take to get a custom build delivered?
Lead times vary based on configuration and demand. We’ll give you an estimated delivery timeframe during quoting.
How does your spare parts support work?
This starts with you contacting our parts team who know our product backwards. You can get straight on to them by phone or email. Because our parts are manufactured here at our facility we have everything you are likely to need in house and can mail, drive or fly parts direct to you.
Do you offer finance or payment plans?
We have recently launched BOSS Finance which provides our growers with highly competitive rates and flexible payment options, including the ability to tailor payments to your seasons.
Can BOSS machines integrate with GPS and Precision Ag systems?
Absolutely. Most of our equipment is compatible with leading GPS and ISOBUS systems.
